The Lean Leader Group was established in 2002 to help lead companies in adopting and implementing the lean principles and systems of the Toyota Production System, widely known as Lean Manufacturing, to promote a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
Under the leadership of Jay VanderZwaag, the Lean Leader Group has brought together a network of established experts with outstanding training by Toyota Sensei’s in the "Toyota Way" of manufacturing and operations. With years of experience successfully implementing LEAN principles in a variety of industries throughout North America, our team is positioned to help any business apply the fundamental principles of the "Toyota Way" of manufacturing successfully in any industry, from supply chain to customer, without exception. Our unique training and consulting programs are designed to effectively inspire ownership of the LEAN process by every level of your organization, resulting in significant improvements in productivity and quality throughout your entire company. The service we provide is adaptable to meet your specific needs ranging from single day visits and up to 6-8 man weeks per month of on-site support. International Support
In addition to serving the United States, we are also positioned to serve clients internationally. We currently have a base of operation in Canada and plan to soon have a base of operation in China to more easily serve clients in these countries.
