One of the programs we offer is a week-long "basic training" intensive workshop that systematically leads people into an understanding of lean processes and inspires them to take ownership and successfully implement what they learn within their area of responsibility in your organization. We have developed a real-life innovative learning system that simulates a vertically integrated manufacturing process. Participants will not only learn the concepts, but will also gain an understanding through hands-on activity how and when the concepts apply.
