5-Day Basic Training Bootcamp

Our Basic Training Bootcamp is a 5-day intensive workshop designed to systematically lead participants into an understanding of lean processes that can be successfully

implemented in any position in any business setting. We

have developed a real-life innovative learning system that simulates a vertically integrated manufacturing process. Participants will not only learn the concepts, but will also gain an understanding through hands-on activity how and when the concepts apply.
